A big milestone for autonomous driving, the Tesla Model Y has become the world’s first vehicle to complete a fully unassisted delivery, traveling in Austin from Tesla’s Gigafactory, Texas, to a customer’s home without any human intervention. For Tesla’s it is a big achievement to make technology like self-driving car in Tesla’s leadership.
A Fully Driverless Journey
The electric SUV Tesla Model Y successfully delivery and run on city streets and self-navigate the traffic signal, highway and even the city street on its own.

Tesla has released the footage of the trip, that showcase that Tesla Model Y was delivered with self-driving capability in the real-world conditions. It has noted that there is no remote operated equipment is used and even no human has entered in the vehicle and that makes the first driverless car to run on public road that delivery to customer home.
A Big Step Beyond Previous Tests
Tesla has shown and even demonstrated how car detect the short-distance movements and shows how smartly park the vehicle. This demonstrated was made in Austin while delivering vehicle to the customer home.
